چکیده
Studies conducted in recent years have demonstrated high application potential of thermal remote sensing data environmental analyses. The main goal our studies was to determine the variability tree canopy temperatures using a new sensor which acquires still rarely used spectral range (3.6–4.9 μm). This study on five selected species growing forest and outside forest: Alnus glutinosa, Pinus sylvestris, Quercus petraea, rubra Robinia pseudoacacia. Thermal were acquired 9 June 2019, between 8:10 14:00 (CET). findings as follows: i) Trees are average 0.4–0.7°C cooler than trees forest; ii) under differ statistically irrespective acquisition time. petraea with lowest temperatures, sylvestris has highest temperature. showed that biggest variation temperature occurs at noon (12:00–13:00); iii) A 3.6–4.9 μm registers accuracy, supports its usage vegetation studies.

Analysis of Effective Radiant Temperatures in a Pacific Northwest Forest Using Thermal Infrared Multispeetral Scanner Data
Analysis of Thermal Infrared Multispectral Scanner data collected over H. J. Andrews experimental forest in western Oregon indicated that aspect and slope gradient had a greater effect on the thermal emission of younger reforested clearcuts than of older stands. Older forest stands ( > 25 years) with greater amounts of green biomass and dosed canopies had lower effective radiant temperatures th...
متن کاملMapping and Characterizing Selected Canopy Tree Species at the Angkor World Heritage Site in Cambodia Using Aerial Data
At present, there is very limited information on the ecology, distribution, and structure of Cambodia's tree species to warrant suitable conservation measures. The aim of this study was to assess various methods of analysis of aerial imagery for characterization of the forest mensuration variables (i.e., tree height and crown width) of selected tree species found in the forested region around t...

This study is a contribution to assess the high resolution digital aerial imagery for semi-automatic analysis of tree species identification. To maximize the benefit of such data, the object-based classification was conducted in a mixed forest plantation. Two subsets of an UltraCam D image were geometrically corrected using aero-triangulation method. Some appropriate transformations were perfor...
متن کاملIntroducing the improved Forest Canopy density (FCD) model for frequent assessment of Hyrcanian forest
Mapping of forest extent is a prerequisite to acquire quantitative and qualitative information about forests and to formulate management and conservation strategies. forest canopy density (FCD) model is one of the useful RS methods for forest mapping using satellite images. One of the most serious challenges in FCD model is the weakness in the calculation of canopy density in low density forest...
